The forum convened as Ho Chi Minh City has expanded its network of friendship and cooperation to 88 foreign localities and nearly 20 international organizations. This serves as a vital foundation for the City to substantiate international integration policies in alignment with the Politburo's Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW and Resolution No. 06-NQ/TW.
This year's event brought together 35 partner delegations from 4 continents, alongside the presence of leaders from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, and various provinces and cities.
