Building upon the achievements of the 1st and 2nd Ho Chi Minh City Friendship Dialogues (FD) held in 2022 and 2024, Ho Chi Minh City is currently preparing for the 3rd Friendship Dialogue, scheduled to take place from September 10 to 12.
The City expects to leverage the Ho Chi Minh City Friendship Dialogue as a strategic diplomatic initiative to strengthen cooperation with international partners and localities, consolidate mutual trust, foster dialogue, and enhance the City’s international standing and prestige.
According to the plan of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, the theme of this year's Conference is “City Diplomacy: A Driving Force for Innovation and Sustainable Development”, with an estimated attendance of 500 to 700 delegates.
