The third Ho Chi Minh City Friendship Dialogue (FD 2026), hosted by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee under the theme “City Diplomacy: A Driving Force for Innovation and Sustainable Development” will take place from September 10 to 12 in Vung Tau Ward.
On the morning of September 4th, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Foreign Affairs held a press conference to provide information on the key highlights of this year’s program. As of September 3, 36 international localities and delegations had confirmed their participation, with around 500 Vietnamese and international delegates expected to attend.
