The Centre for Liveable Cities (CLC) is a premier knowledge center under the Ministry of National Development and the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment of Singapore, dedicated to researching, developing, and sharing sustainable urban governance solutions globally. Under the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for strategic cooperation with Ho Chi Minh City, CLC serves as a key advisory partner in sharing expertise on smart urban planning, green infrastructure development, and water resource management. The Centre actively collaborates with the City to conduct capacity-building programs for urban management officials, advise on Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) strategies, and optimize green logistics systems to meet sustainable development benchmarks.
