(VietnamNet) - The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has proposed adjusting the financial plan for Phu My 2 Bridge, with a total capital of nearly 22,000 billion VND, reducing the portion paid for with land funds and increasing the budget allocation.
On the morning of August 27th, at the 4th session of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council (special session), the City People's Committee submitted to the City People's Council for consideration the adjustment of the investment policy for the Phu My 2 bridge construction project under the public-private partnership (PPP) method, specifically the Build-Transfer (BT) contract type.
