The Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management of the Netherlands (IenW) is the Dutch government ministry responsible for transport infrastructure, flood protection strategies, water management, maritime development, and environmental protection. Under the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for strategic cooperation with Ho Chi Minh City, IenW serves as a vital international partner assisting the City in addressing key urban challenges. The Ministry actively supports Ho Chi Minh City in executing sustainable flood control solutions, climate change adaptation strategies, smart drainage system planning, environmental pollution mitigation, and the transfer of technologies for maritime port management and green logistics infrastructure.
